胸腔镜交感神经切断术治疗手汗症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的总结胸腔镜交感神经切断术10年106例治疗手汗症的临床经验。方法分析2000年3月～2010年3月胸腔镜交感神经T2～T4切断术的临床资料,按拟定的标准进行疗效判定。结果 106例手术均获成功。102例术后6～36个月随访,1例复发,但手多汗较术前为轻(1%);1例手掌过于干燥(1%);23例出现代偿性多汗(22.5%),无其他手术并发症。结论胸腔镜交感神经切断术是治疗手汗症微创、安全和有效的方法。[Objective] To summarize the experience on 106 cases endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for ten years.[Methods] Clinical materials of T2~T4 sympathectomy under thoracoscope for treating palmar hyperhidrosis from March 2000 to March 2010 were analyzed.[Results] All the 106 cases were successfully operated on.Follow up observations in 102 cases for 6 to 36 months showed one recurrence（1%）,quite a seasoning in one patient＇s hands（1%）.Compensatory hyperhidrosis was found in 23 cases（22.5%）.[Conclusion] Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy is a micro-invasive,safe and effective treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis.
