摘　　要：针对日照钢铁有限公司棒材厂盘螺生产线的预精轧机油箱时常出现进水的问题,分别分析了从双唇密封处、偏心支撑板部位、辊缝调整装置、面板法兰面等部位进水的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,取得了明显的效果。In view of water tank phenomenon often occurs of pre-finishing mill to produce ribbed wire coil at Rizhao Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd. , the water reasons were analyzed from the lips seal, eccentric support plate parts, roll gap adjustment device, panels and other parts of the flange surface. Therefore, the corresponding measures were put forward, and significant results were obtained.
