摘　　要：商业综合体消防性能化评估是在火灾学和消防安全工程学的基础上产生的,研究重点为判定标准、评估流程、火灾场景设计和模拟结果的计算分析。阐述如何对消防性能化设计进行评估检验,提出方案的优化措施,以更好地应用于商业综合体的开发实践。The fire safety performance-based evaluation is generated with fire safety science and fire safety engineering. It focuses on the safety standard and evaluation process, as well as the fire scenarios design and the simulation result. How to evaluate the fire safety performance-based design was elaborated and some suggestions to optimize the performance-based design were put forward, in order to apply the performance-based fire protection design better to commercial complex in its development.
