摘 要:本文观察了失血性休克犬的垂体—甲状腺轴的功能状态,发现休克犬的血清T_4、T_3较休克前降低,rT_3升高,而TSH变化不大。休克犬经多巴胺(DA)治疗后,其血清T_4、T_3低下更为明显,TSH亦较休克前明显降低(P<0.001),rT_3变化不大。本结果说明①休克犬可出现低T_3、T_4综合征,但垂体功能正常;②休克犬用DA治疗后可出现继发性垂体甲状腺功能减退,故DA可影响垂体—甲状腺轴的功能。本研究尚证明DA在体外并不影响血清T_4、T_3和TSH浓度,且DA不易通过血脑屏障,所以,提示DA可能是直接作用于腺垂体影响TSH的合成或分泌。The pituitary-thyroid axis in dogs of hemorrhagic shock was studied by determination of serum T_4, T_3, rT_3 and TSH. Comparing with pre-shock condition, in shock dogs without dopamine (DA) treatment, serum T, and T_3 were decreased, rT_3 incre ascc and TSH unchanged. But in shock dogs treated by DA, serum T_4 and T_3 were much lower than those in shock dogs without DA and serum TSH was significantly lower (P<0.001) comparing with pre-shock condition. These results indicate: 1, lower T_3, T, syndrome is happened in shock dogs, 2, shock dogs treated by DA can resulted in secondary hypothyroidism and DA can affect the state of pituitary-thyroid axis. It has been found that DA had no effect on the concentrations of serum T_4, T_3 and TSH in vitro. This suggestes that DA directly affects synthesis and secretion of TSH.
