明代散曲家冯惟敏与段顾言之间的一桩公案

摘　　要：冯惟敏是明代中后期的一位散曲大家,在段顾言巡按山东时,他曾被捕至省城。关于这桩公案,至今没有一个明确的说法。通过对相关史料的梳理和分析,认为公案发生的主要原因应是段顾言为官不仁,滥用权力,打压冯惟敏言论所致;至于地产与逋赋之说,也绝不是空穴来风,在公案的发生中起到了催化作用。另外,由这个公案和有限的文献史料来看,段顾言为官时政绩不显,不是一个济世忧民的良吏,他与当时的权相严嵩应有一定的关系。Feng Weimin was a Sanqu worker in the middle and late Ming Dynasty.However,he was arrested to the provincial capital when Duan Guyan supervised Shandong province.There hasn＇ t been a clear statement so far to the entanglement between them.The main reason of the entanglement was that Duan Guyan was an unkind official and he abused his power and rode roughshod over Feng Weimin.Landed estate and avoiding tax had played a catalytic role of the entanglement.From the limited literature, we knew that Duan Guyan＇ s achievement was not significant.He was not a good official,who should have a certain relationship with Yan Song.
