摘　　要：目的建立测定黄芩提取物亚微乳中游离脂肪酸含量的方法。方法采用滴定法,分别对线性、范围、稳定性、重复性、回收率进行了研究;并对样品含量进行了测定。结果该方法稳定性、重复性、回收率均符合要求,游离脂肪酸浓度在0.625～20 mmol/L(R2=0.993 2)范围内线性关系良好;样品中游离脂肪酸平均含量为10.45 mmol/L,原料中总含量为4.23 mmol/L。结论该法灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于该制剂中游离脂肪酸的测定。Objective To establish the methods for the determination of free fatty acids in submicro - emulsion of the extracts. Methods Using Titration ,we studied the linearity and linear range, repeatability, stability, recovery;and determined the content of the samples and also the material. Results The repeatability ,stability, recovery of this method all meet the relative requirements ; the linearity was good in the range of 0. 625 -20 mmol/L（ R2 = 0. 9932 ） ;The content of free fatty acids was 10.45 mmoL/L in the samples and 4.23 mmol/L in the material Conclusion This method is proved to be accurate, sensitive and reliable.
