急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿细胞免疫功能变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）患儿细胞免疫功能变化及其临床意义。方法：采用流式细胞仪和BLISA法分别检测了31例生长发育正常的急性ITP患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和血清IL-4、IFN-r、TNF-a，并与30例同龄健康儿童组比较。结果：急性ITP患儿血清IFN-r、CD3、CD,、CDJCD。比值明显低于对照组（p〈O．01），IL-4、TNF-a、CD8明显高于对照组（p〈O．01o结论：急性ITP患儿存在细胞免疫功能紊乱，在急性ITP患儿的发病中起着重要作用。Objective：To study on the changes of cellular immune function in patients with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura （alTP）and its clinical significance.Methods： ELISA method and the flowing cell instrument were usted to determined the serum levels of IL-4,IFN-r,TNF-a and T lymphocyte subtype in 31 cases of aITP and 30 case of healthy children .Results：the serum levels of IFN-r , CD3,CD4 , as well as the ratio of CD4/CD8 were significantly reduced in comprison with normal controls （NC）, IL-4,TNF-a , CD8 were greatly increased in comprison with NC （p〈0.01）. Cnclusion：The abnormal function of cellular immunity was the crux of the invasion of aITP.
