周围神经损伤的综合治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察周围神经损伤的综合康复治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年1月我院住院诊治的38例周围神经损伤患者的临床资料，将其分为综合康复治疗组（22例）与针炙治疗组（16例）。康复组采用综合康复治疗，针炙组以针刺配合电针、温针、穴位注射治疗等。结果：综合康复治疗组其运动功能评定和感觉功能评定的优良率（86．4％）要高于针灸组（75％），差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：综合康复治疗是周围神经损伤后的合理和有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。Objective： Observation of peripheral nerve injury by comprehensive rehabilitation therapy clinical curative effect. Methods ： a retrospective analysis of 2009 January to 2012 January in our hospital 38 cases of peripheral nerve injury in patients with clinical data, which can be divided into rehabilitation group （ n = 22） and acupuncture treatment group （n = 16）. Rehabilitation group re- ceived comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture group, acupuncture,, acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and acu- point injection therapy. Results： the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group the motor function and sensory function assessment of excellent and good rate （86.4%） than that of acupuncture group （75%）. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion： the com- prehensive rehabilitation treatment of peripheral nerve injury by rational and effective method of treatment, worthy of clinical application.
