摘  要:目的:观察有关药物对实验动物心律的作用。方法:从药效动力学和药代动力学两方面研究小剂量乙吗噻嗪(Mor)和硫酸氢小檗碱(Ber)合用,对抗肾上腺素(EP)所致家兔心律失常的作用。结果:Mor(2.2mg/kg)和Ber(3mg/kg)全量合用及半量合用,可明显推迟心律失常(VA)和室速(VT)的发作,缩短持续时间,并减少两者的发生率。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定Ber与Mor的血药浓度,药物动力学参数均无显著影响。Purpose:The anti-arrhythmic effects of Moricizine(Mor)with Berberine(Ber)combination in small dose on adrenaline-induced arrhythmias and pharmacokinetics of Mor in conscious rabbits were studied. Methods and Results: The results re-vealed that combination of Mor(2.2 mg/kg)and Ber(3 mg/kg)and half dose combination prominently delayed the onset of VA and VT,reduced the duration of VA,respectively. The incidences of VT and VA reduced. An analytical method was es-tablished for determining serum concentration of Mor with HPLC. Conclusion: It is supposed that Ber has no influence on the metabolism of Mor and pharmacokinetic parameters in rabbits.
