摘　　要：目的　设计淋巴结复合皮瓣治疗实验性肢体淋巴水肿。方法　用 14只已形成右前肢淋巴水肿的大白兔 ,分别用吻合血管的淋巴结复合游离皮瓣移植和普通游离皮瓣移植法治疗。结果　淋巴结复合皮瓣移植组肢体淋巴水肿减轻 ,未见诱发供肢淋巴水肿。普通皮瓣移植组消肿作用不明显。Objective\ We investigated the treatment of lymphedema by using lymph node flap.Methods\ Upper limbs' lymphedema model in 14 rabbits were divided into two groups.They were treated with lymph node flap transplantation and general flap transplantation.Results\ Lymph node transplantation can reduce lymphedema and general flap transplantation can not significantly reduce lymphedema.Conclusion\ Lymph node flap can be used to treat extremity's lymphedema.\;
