摘 要:以高效液相色谱法测定血浆儿茶酚胺,发现双亲均患原发性高血压的正常血压青少年后代组(13名)的去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺浓度明显较无高血压家族史的相应对照组(15名)高,前者分别为1.1827±0.5828、0.5590±0.2858ng/ml(P<0.05);后者为0.4240±0.2489、0.2271±0.1480ng/ml(P<0.05),表明原发性高血压可能存有遗传性交感神经功能过亢。By using high performance liquid chrometography to detect the plasma catecholamines, noradrenaline and dopamine concentrations were found to be higher in the normotensive offsprings of both parents with essential hypertension (13 adolescents) than that in the comparable group without familial history of hypertension (15adolescents), in the former being 1.1827±0.5828, 0.5590±0.2858ng/ml(P<0.005); in the latter, 0.4240±0.2489, 0.2271±0.1480ng/ml(P<0.05) respectively, denoting that an inherited hyperfunction of sympathetic nervons activity might be exhibited in essential hypertension.
