摘　　要：目的探讨应用股骨近端髓内钉（PFN-A）在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中疗效。方法收集2009年2月-2010年12月应用PFN-A内固定治疗30例股骨粗隆问骨折的相关临床资料，对手术方式及疗效进行评价。结果所有30例患者术后均获随访，29例骨折愈合．1例未愈合，治疗优良率96．7％。结论PFN．A治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切。Objective To explore the efficacy of PFN-A in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods From February 2009 to December 2010,the clinical data of 30 cases who got intertrochanterie fractures and treated with application of PFN-A were collected retrospectively, evaluating the operation methods and curative efficacy.Results All of the 30 patients had been followed up, fractures of 29 cases healed,and 1 case did not healed,the successful ratio of treatment was 96.7%.Conclusion The curative efficacy of PFN-A in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures was exact.
