护理干预对弥可保液体大剂量骶管冲击治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对弥可保液体大剂量骶管冲击治疗急性腰椎间盘突出痘的临床价值。方法主要采用前瞻性研究，于2009年1月-2010年12月共收集了80例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为护理干预组和对照组，通过分析比较两组患者治疗后的情况。结果护理干预组和对照组的治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论护理干预可以促进治疗，良好的护理干预是治疗成功的保障。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of nursing intervention on a large dose of liquid Methycobal in treating acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 cases with acute lumbar disc herniation were selected during January 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups as nursing intervention group and control group.Results There were significant differences between two groups in the total effective rate.Conclusion There shows obvious advantages of nursing intervention in treating acute lumbar disc herniation.
