摘  要:为科学有效开展城市灭蚊,采用诱蚊灯法研究城市蚊虫种类的主要组成和综合治理前后种类组成的变化,结果显示在南京城区监测到淡色库蚊(Culexpipienspallens)、三带喙库蚊(Culex tritaeniorhynchus)、白纹伊蚊(Aedesalbopictus)、中华按蚊(Anophelessinensis)4种蚊种,分别占32.9%、62.0%、2.4%和2.7%;无论是对照区还是试验区,淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊所占比例均分别超过30%和60%。从季节变化来看,从7月到9月上旬,三带喙库蚊所占比例高于淡色库蚊;从9月下旬开始,三带喙库蚊数量减少,所占比例开始下降。比较对照区和试验区,2006年淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊的构成比两者差异均没有显著性意义(P〉0.05)。未发现三带喙库蚊孳生地。不能忽视三带喙库蚊可能对城市居民带来的危害,除淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊外,三带喙库蚊也应作为城市蚊虫防治的重点对象。To conduct urban mosquito control scientifically and effectively, the main species composition and its change pre and post integrated mosquito control by the carbon dioxide ( CO: ) light trap method. Four kinds of mosquitoes including Cx. p. pallens, Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Ae. albopictus and An. sinensis were found in Nanjing City, accounting for 32. 9% , 62.0% , 2.4% and 2.7% , respectively. The proportion of Cx. p. pallens and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were more than 30% and 60% from the monitoring resuhs of the year of 2006. The proportion of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus was higher than that of Cx. p. pallens from July to early September, while the population of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus began to decrease from late September. No significant differences of Culex p. pallens and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus existed in 2006 between survey and control zone (P 〉 0. 05), respectively. The breeding sites of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus couldn't be found in this survey which need further investigations. The potential hazurd of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to urban population shouldn't be neglected, and it should be the important vector in the urban mosquito control besides Culex p. pallens and Ae. albopictus.
