摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱(GC)法测定棕榈哌泊噻嗪中二甲基亚砜(DMSO)有机溶剂残留量。方法:采用PC-624毛细管柱(60 m×0.32 mm,1.80μm),FID检测器,检测器温度为230℃,进样口温度为210℃,乙醇为溶剂。结果:二甲基亚砜与溶剂峰完全分离,DMSO在1.22~978.4μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.5%。结论:该方法可用于棕榈哌泊噻嗪中二甲基亚砜残留量测定。Objective : To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of residual solvent dimethyl sulfoxide in pipofiazine palmitate. Method: A PC-624 capillary column (60 m ×0. 32 mm, 1.80 μm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) were applied in the study. The detector temperature was 230℃ and the sample-input temperature was 210 ℃ with ethanol as the solvent. Result: The established method could separate dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and the solvent completely, and DMSO had a good linearity within the range of 1.22-978.40 μg·ml-1 (r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99. 5%. Conclusion: It is practicable to apply the method in the determination of dimethyl sulfoxide in pipotiazine palmitate.
