甘草、炙甘草饮片中甘草苷和甘草酸含量考察

摘　　要：目的:考察市售甘草及炙甘草饮片中甘草苷和甘草酸含量。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版甘草中的含量测定方法对11批甘草饮片和10批炙甘草饮片中的甘草苷和甘草酸进行定量分析。结果:l1批甘草饮片的合格率为36.4%;10批炙甘草饮片的合格率为100%。结论:市场上的甘草饮片质量参差不齐;炙甘草饮片的含量测定限度有待商榷。Objective： To study the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizin in marketed licorice and decocted licorice. Method： The contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizin in licorice and decocted licorice were determined with the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Result： The qualified rate of licorice and decocted licorice was 36. 4% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion： The quality of licorice is in uneven levels, and the quality standard of decocted licorice should be improved.
