摘　　要：本文对复方氨基酸制剂的类型、合理应用、不良反应进行了概述。复方氨基酸制剂为肠外营养药．具有促进人体蛋白质代谢正常，纠正负氮平衡．补充蛋白质．加快伤口愈合的作用。目前复方氨基酸制剂种类繁多．医师应根据患者病情需要选用复方氨基酸制剂。平衡型、疾病适用型和小儿用氨基酸各有适应证和禁忌证，不能混用．同时，近年来由复方氨基酸引起的不良反应时有发生．应引起临床医务人员的重视。Compound amino acid preparation for parenteral nutrition medicine, with the promotion of human metabolism of protein, correcting negative nitrogen balance, protein supplements, accelerating wound healing. At present the compound amino acid preparation variety, physicians should according to the patients needs to use it. Balance type, disease type and pediatric amino acid each have the indications and contraindications, cannot mix, At the same time, in recent years by compound amino acid injection induced adverse reactions have occurred, in order to make the clinical application of compound amino acid preparation more reasonably, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, in this paper the compound amino acid preparation type, rational application, adverse reactions are summarized.
