摘 要:以酚酞聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)/环氧树脂(E54)共混物为原料,使用熔喷法制备了一种双组分非织造布。观察了产品的微观形貌,计算了产品的表观密度并测试了产品的抗拉伸性能。结果表明:非织造网络的结构完整,缺陷较少;非织造布的表观密度0.13~0.21 g/cm3,弹性模量1.1~2.0 MPa,非织造布纤维直径15~40μm;模头温度和热空气压力是影响纤维直径和非织造布抗拉伸性能的主要因素。A new bicomponent nonwoven fabric was prepared by Melt-blown process with phenolphthalein polyetherketone (PEK-C)/epoxy resin (E54) blends. Morphology of the product was characterized by SEM. Tensile properties of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscope. Apparent densities of the products were calculated. The results indicated that the nonwoven net included intact structure and few defects. The apparent density of nonwoven fabrics range between 0.13 to 0.21 g/cm3. The elastic moduli of the fabrics range between 1.1 to 2.0 MPa. The diameters of the nonwoven fibers range between 15 to 40μm. Temperature of die head and pressure of hot air is the main factors affecting diameters of the fibers and tensile properties of nonwoven fabrics.
