Effects of Rotary Constant-strength Magnetic Field in the Promotion of the Proliferation of Bone Marrow Erythroid in Rat of Athletic Anemia

摘  要:目的:观察5周的恒强旋转磁场干预对运动性贫血大鼠血象和骨髓象的影响。方法:25只大鼠随机分为对照组(9只)和建模组(16只),建模组进行为期5周的递增负荷跑台运动,建立运动性贫血大鼠模型。模型建立后,建模组大鼠随机分为2组,运动组和运动磁疗组,两组大鼠均进行5周既定的运动方案,此外,运动磁疗组大鼠每天接受30 min0.4T恒强旋转磁场干预,每周6次。测定建模结束时2组大鼠的血象指标,干预结束时大鼠的血象指标及骨髓象指标。结果:运动磁疗组大鼠的RBC和Hct显著的高于运动组大鼠(P<0.05);运动组大鼠骨髓有核细胞粒红比显著高于运动磁疗组(P<0.05);对照组有核细胞/成熟红细胞显著高于运动组和运动磁疗组(P<0.01)。结论:运动性贫血大鼠的骨髓红系增生明显受到抑制,5周的恒强旋转磁场干预促进运动性贫血大鼠骨髓红系的增生,可以有效的改善运动性贫血大鼠的贫血状态。Objective: To observe the effects of 5 weeks rotary constant-strength magnetic field on erythrocyte hemogram and bone marrow smear manifestations in rat of athletic anemia.Methods: 25 rats were randomly divided into control group(9 rats) and model group(16 rats).The model group was established athletic anemia rat model through treadmill exercise of progressive loading in 5 weeks.Then the model group rats were randomly divided into exercise group(Ex,n=8) and the exercise magnetic therapy group(ExMT,n=8),continuing training for 5 weeks.In addition,the ExMT were exposed to 0.4T rotary constant-strength magnetic field,30 minutes per day,6 times a week.Erythrocyte hemogram was tested at the 5th week of the control group and model group.Erythrocyte hemogram and bone marrow smear manifestations were tested at the end of the experiment.Results: The ExMT's RBC and Hct were significantly higher than the Ex(P0.05).Myeloid-erythroid ratio of the ExMT was significantly lower than the Ex(P0.05).The ratio of bone marrow nucleated cells to bone marrow RBC in control group was significantly higher than the Ex and the ExMT(P0.01).Conclusion: The proliferation of bone marrow erythroid cells in rats with athletic anemia was significantly inhibited.5 weeks rotary constant-strength magnetic field intervention can significantly promote the proliferation bone marrow erythroid in rats of athletic anemia and the rotary constant-strength magnetic field therapy was an effective treatment for rats in athletic anemia.
