摘  要:以坐式排球运动员专项体能的特殊性为切入点,即在"完成非常规技术动作时的身体工作能力"下,对该项目运动员水平方向的蹬地能力、上肢支撑并移动身体能力、手臂挥击能力、腰腹肌的快速发力能力的动力学特征进行了分析。在此基础上提出橡皮筋组合训练法、坐姿状态下克服人为阻力训练法及小力量快速力量训练法等专项体能的特殊训练方法,并依据残疾程度提出有针对性地训练要求,系统阐述坐式排球特殊体能训练的特征、构成和主要训练方法,旨在为该项目专项体能训练提供行之有效的体能训练计划理论与实践操作方法。文中引用作者担任国家坐式排球队教练期间所使用的专项素质训练组合及体能成绩测试表,经长期针对该项目运动群体训练实践探索与总结,继承、丰富并发展了坐式排球运动专项体能训练方法的特殊性。This thesis uses physical fitness speciality of sitting volleyball as its breakthrough point to elaborate the kinematic characteristics of the horizontal stepping,moving by supporting the upper body,striking by arm,quick forcing by he waist and abdominal muscle.On the basis,it proposes the rubber band training method,the training method of overcoming resistance in the sitting position,small and quick strength training method,ect.And according to the handicap level,the paper proposes tailored training requirement so as to provide effective theoretical and practical references for the special physical training.The thesis cites the testing chart of the special fitness training and stamina performance which utilized during the author coaching in the national sitting volleyball team, explores and summarizes,inherits and enriches the specificity of the physical fitness training methods of sitting volleyball events after long-time practical training experience.
