漏斗胸患者NUSS手术前后肺功能的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比漏斗胸患者NUSS手术前后肺功能的变化。方法:采用胸腔镜下NUSS手术对23例漏斗胸患者进行矫治,其中13例大于9岁的漏斗胸患者行术前、术后3个月和术后1年的肺功能检测,包括肺活量、肺总量、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和50%肺活量最大呼气流量(MEF50)。结果:术后3个月肺活量、肺总量、FEV1、FVC、MEF50均较术前下降,其中肺活量、FEV1、FVC下降明显(P<0.05),术后1年均可恢复到术前水平(P>0.05)。结论:漏斗胸患者NUSS手术后早期肺功能虽有下降,但术后1年可恢复至术前水平。Objective： To compare the pulmonary functions in patients with pectus excavatum before and after NUSS procedure. Methods： NUSS procedure was carried out in 23 patients with pectus excavatum. Thirteen pa- tients older than 9 years received pulmonary function tests, including vital capacity （ VC ） , total lung capacity （TLC） , forced ventilatory capacity （FVC） , forced expiratory volume in the first second （FEV1 ） and maximal ex- piratory flow in 50% vital capacity （ MEFs0 ） at baseline, 3 months and 1 year after the NUSS procedure. Results： Comparing with baseline, TLC, VC, FEVI, FVC and MEFs0 reduced 3 months after operation. Among them, sig- nificant reduction was observed in VC, FEV1 and FVC （P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, all pulmonary function parameters return to baseline level 1 year after operation （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions： Pulmonary function temporarily declines after NUSS procedure and recovers 1 year after operation.
