摘　　要：目的:探讨自体外周血造血干细胞移植早期感染的问题并提出预防及护理对策。方法:通过对我院自体外周血造血干细胞移植患者早期感染的预防和护理情况进行回顾性分析,总结出此类患者的护理要点。结果:15例自体外周血造血干细胞移植患者早期感染的发生率为53%,经过合理的用药和及时有效的预防及护理,感染全部得到控制,无1例死亡,全部移植成功。结论:早期选择强有力的抗菌药物以及采用各项规范严格的防范护理措施,能迅速控制感染,减少移植后感染的相关死亡,提高移植成功率。Objective：The purpose of this study was to investigate the early infection prevention and nursing measures of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation （APBSCT）. Methods： The research on the early prevention and nursing of APBSCT patients by reviewing the achievements and carrying out statistical analysis in our hospital, the main points of nursing for the sort of patients are summarized. Results- The incidence rate of early infection in 15 case patients of APBSCT was 53 percent, the progress of infections are controlled by proper drug treatment and timely and effective cares, no case of APBSCT patient died, and all APB- SCT patients are successfully transplanted. Conclusion： Some measures are taken, such as timely selecting the strong antimierobial medication and some strict nursing prevention, which can quickly control infection, and decrease the relative death to transplantation infection, and raise the successful transplantation rate.
