摘　　要：本文论证了"直接投中"的投球方式优于"碰板投中"的投球方式,确定了"直接投中"方式中的最优条件及其关系,制定了罚球线和3分线上有关投篮进球的"最优关联数据表",为运动员的投球训练和投篮进球水平的提高提供了科学的技术指导。The paper proves that ＂direct shoot baskets enter＂ is better than ＂shoot backboard enter＂ in types of shoot baskets,defines the optimal condition and their relations in the type of the ＂direct enter＂,and developed ＂the optimal relational data tables＂ about shooting goals in a free-throw line and 3 line,which provides scientific and technological guide suggestion for the athletes＇ shoot baskets drill and raising the level of shooting goals.
