摘 要:以辽细辛精油为材料,以黄瓜灰霉病菌为靶标,采用干菌丝和鲜菌丝两种处理方法,测定了辽细辛精油对黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝体电导率的影响,结果表明,无论是干菌丝还是鲜菌丝,精油处理后灰霉病菌菌丝体的电导率均随着精油处理浓度的加大而提高、随处理时间的延长而提高。说明辽细辛精油对黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝体细胞膜的通透性具有一定影响,可引起细胞膜的伤害,造成膜功能的紊乱。结果还表明,采用鲜菌丝处理法、处理时间为12~24 h时,测定结果比较理想。该结果为进一步研究辽细辛精油的抑菌机理奠定了基础。The asarum is an important traditional herbal medicine in China. It is reported that it has antifungal action and the main components are essential oils. In order to explore the antibacterial mechanism of the asarum essential oils and provide the theory basis for the development of plant source disinfectant,we used dried-hyphae and fresh-hyphae, adopted conductance method,using cucumber Botrytis cinerea as the target germ, studied the effect of asarum essential oils on the hyphae conductivity of B. cinerea. The results showed that the hyphae conductivity of B. cinerea by asarum essential oils treatment was heightened with increased of processing time and concentration of asarum essential oils. The test result was ideal when using fresh-hyphae and treating time : 12 - 24 h. The outcome indicates that the asarum essential oils can increase permeability and disrupt physiological function of membrane.
