摘  要:为了研究转Cry1Ac/sck基因糙米作为肉仔鸡日粮原料的营养安全性,将360只1日龄肉仔鸡随机分成3组。一组饲喂含转基因糙米日粮,另一组饲喂含非转基因糙米日粮,第三组饲喂非转基因玉米日粮。试验期42 d。测定肉仔鸡的生产性能,器官指数,屠体性状,肌肉成分,21,42 d测定生产性能,器官指数。42 d测定屠体性状和肌肉成分。结果显示,转基因糙米对肉仔鸡的生产性能、器官指数、屠体性状、肌肉成分和健康状况在试验期内未产生明显的有害影响(P>0.05)。A 42-day feeding trial was employed to evaluate whether the transgenic brown rice used in broiler' s diet had any deleterious effects on gowth performance,on organ index, on carcass trait,on composition of muscle of broiler chicken. Three hunder sixty one-day old broilers were divided into three groups. One group was fed a diet containing transgenic brown rice and the other group was fed a diet containing corresponding nontransgenic brown rice. Three group was fed a diet containing corn. Growth Performance and organ index at the 21 and 42 day of age were determined, carcass trait and composition of muscle were measured at the end of the experiment. The results showed that no significant difference were observed(P 〉 0.05)in the growth performance,in organ index and carcass trait and composition of muscle in two phases between the two groups. No histopathological damages were detected. From this study,it was concluded that there were no adverse effects of the transgenie brown rice on the broiler chicken' s health.
