摘 要:本文主要报导红丝线草醇提水转溶物,(ol-w)对心脏功能和血流动力学的影响。整体麻醉开胸猫的实验表明:三种剂量(LD_(50)的1/50、l/30和1/10)的ol-w静脉注射后,(1)降低dp/dt max、VCE-CPIP、t-dp/dt max,增加CO、CI、SV、SI,但均无显著性;(2)降低LVW、LVWI、LVSW、LVSWI、TTI、TTIXHR、均有显著性(P<0.05);(3)降低LVP、LVEDP和SP、DB,P、MBP前两者在LD_(50)的1/30剂量时有显著性(P<0.05),后三者三种剂量均可使其显著下降(P<0.01),且呈剂量依赖性。降低TPVR,但仅在LD_(50)的1/50剂量时有显著性(P<0.05);(4)减慢HR,仅在LD_(50)的1/30、1/10剂量时可见,但无显著性;(5)降低-dp/dtmax,延长T,前者在LD_(50)的1/30、1/10剂量时有显著性(P<0.05),后者在LD_(50)的1/50剂量时有显著性(P<0.05)。离体豚鼠心脏灌流的实验表明:1g(生药)/L的ol-w可使振幅减小、HR减慢、冠脉流量增加,但均无统计学意义,而0.1g(生药)/L、10g(生药)/L的ol-w均使HR加快,冠脉流量减少(有显著性),关于振幅,前者使减小(P<0.01),后者使加大(无显著性)。综合整体、离体实验结果提示ol-w可使心肌收缩、舒张性能和耗氧量降低,总外周血管阻力减小並使动脉血压明显下降。This paper described the effect of alcohol extract of water soluble HSX (ol-w) on cardiac function and hemodynamics of the urethane anesthetized open-chest cats, three doses (LD_(50) of 1/50, LD_(50) of 1/30, LD_(50) of 1/10) of HSX (ol-w) was injected pet femoral vein, the result showed that the HSX (ol-w) influenced various cardiac indices as follow: (1) decreased contractility of cardiac muscle slightly (dp/dtmax, t-dp/dtmax, VcE-cplp); (2) increased cardiac output (CO, CI, SV, SI) but not significantly (P>0.05); (3)decreased left ventricle work (LVW, LVWI, LVSW.LVSWI, TTI, TTIXHR) significantly (P<0.05) this result indicated that the decrease of consumption of oxygen by cardiac muscle; (4) decreased before-load and after-load of heart tremendously (LVP, LVEDP, SBP, DBP, MBP, TPVR), T-test showed that it was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01); (5) decreased heart rate slightly. (6) decreased diastolic function of heart (T、-dp/dtmax), significantly (P<0.05). on Langendorff's perfusion of isolated guinea-pig hearts, ol-w [lg/L(10^(-3)), 0.1g/L (10^(-4))] also decreased the contraction of hearts, but it was increased in 10g/L. The heart rate was decreased in 1g/L, however, it was increased in 10g/L(10^(-2)) and 0.1g/L, these results were not significant, The outflow of the coronary artery was decreased in 10g/L and 0.1g/L,T-test showed that it was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01) but it wasincreased in 1g/L slightly.
