三袖套法大鼠原位肝移植术后近期并发症及死因分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨建立稳定的三袖套法大鼠原位肝移植模型。方法　对行三袖套法肝移植术后近期死亡的 2 8例大鼠进行解剖 ,分析其术后并发症及死亡原因。结果　术后并发症主要为 :出血、肝上腔静脉狭窄、门静脉血栓、呼吸道梗阻、胃扩张、气胸、肝、膈粘连、胆道梗阻。结论　术后发生的 8种并发症中多数与手术操作有关。Objective To establish a rate model of stable orthotopic liver transplantation using three cuff technique.Methods 28 dead rats were dissected and the causes for death and the complication analyzed after liver transplantation using three cuff method.Results The main postoperative complications included: bleeding , stenosis of liver superior vena cava, portal venous thrombus, respiration duct obstruction,gastrectasia, pneumothorax, adhesion of liver to diaphragm.Conclusion Most of 8 kinds of complications were related with operation.
