摘　　要：目的通过对某污水深度处理扩建工程项目职业病危害控制效果评价,明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表法定性和定量评价。结果过滤泵房、澄清池B、过滤软化泵房定点噪声强度超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施基本可行。Objective To comfirm the occupational hazard factors in the expansion project of advanced wastewater treatment,analyze the harmful level and the effect on workers＇ health,evaluate the preventive measures and provide suggestion for the occupational disease control by evaluating the effect of occupational hazard control in the project.Methods Field investigation on occupational health,occupational testing,occupational physical examination,checklist method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation were conducted.Results The fixed noise intensity in the filter pump post,clarifer B,filter and softening post were all exceed the limit of national standards.Conclusion The occupational preventive measures of this project were basically feasible.
