摘　　要：目的探讨赛肤润减少预防接种局部反应的疗效,并提出处理方案。方法采取随机抽样的方法,将100例婴幼儿在预检合格后,随机分成两组,比较赛肤润观察组和不用赛肤润对照组对预防接种局部反应的处理效果。结果两组疗效人数的分布差异有统计学意义(,u=2.67,P<0.01),观察组疗效优于对照润组,总有效率分别为98.0%和84.0%(χ2=4.396),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赛肤润预防预防接种局部反应的疗效明显,应用简便,安全,值得推广。Objective To investigate effect of the Sanyrene in the reduction of partial reactions after immunization.Methods A total of 100 children were randomly selected and devided into experiment group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.The Sanyrene was used in the accessibly injected skin in the experiment group and wasn＇t used in the control group.Results There was significant difference of curative effect based on the number of distribution between the two groups（u=2.67,P〈0.01）,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control,the total efficiency of two groups was 98.0% and 84.0% respectively（χ2=4.396,P0.05）.Conclusion Sanyrene has obvious effect in the prevention of partial reactions after immunization,with the advantage of easy application.It is safe and worth promotion.
