摘 要:电穿孔脉冲对皮肤的安全性以及对药物经皮渗透速率的影响并不完全取决于脉冲幅度和 (或 )脉冲持续时间 ,脉冲的冲量和能量也起了重要的作用。本仪器适用于离体经皮给药电穿孔技术研究 ,它可以产生脉冲率为 1、2、4、8、10、2 0或 40 ppm,1~ 999个脉幅为 70~ 40 0 V电穿孔脉冲 ,脉冲冲量和经皮能量分别可以达到 2 5 .9V· s和 5 .The effects of electroporation on the skin safety and drug transdermal permeate flux do not depend through on pulse intensity and/or pulse duration but on pulse impulse and/or its energy. The apparatus, which is applicable studying of transdermal drug delivery (TDD) using electroporation in vitro, is a pulse generator that uses capacitor discharge to produce a series of controlled exponential pulses for skin electroporating. The unit is capable of producing selected pulses from 1 to 999 with continuous regulable pulse strength of 70~400V and selected pulse rates of 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 20, and 40 ppm. The impulse is reached to 25.9 V·s, and transdermal energy is limited over 5.18 J in the instrument. In this paper, it is described the design theory and method of pulse impulse and its energy.
