摘　　要：目前,我国群众参与政治生活的各领域都取得了很大的发展,但地方政府领导干部政绩考评中的群众参与还不乐观。因此,必须与时俱进地创新地方政府领导干部政绩考评中的群众参与机制,以实现其应有之功能。创新地方政府领导干部政绩考评群众参与机制重点是创新地方政府领导干部政绩考评群众参与机制动力机制、培训机制、协调机制、约束机制和评价机制。At present,masses＇ participation in the political life has achieved great development,but their participation in the achievement assessment of leading cadre in the local government is not enough. Therefore,in order to realize its function, we must innovate the mechanism of the achievement assessment of leading cadres. The key point of the innovation is to innovate the dynamic mechanism of public participation, training mechanism, the coordination mechanism, the constraint mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
