摘　　要：该文从西方经典理论、马克思恩格斯理论和中国经邦治世思想三方面对农民权益保障的基本思想进行了梳理。在此基础上,结合我国农民权益保障的现实,认为存在着观念歧视与群体弱势、制度缺失与政策偏向、公权膨胀与组织弱化、赋权不足与治权滞后的现实困境,并从制度、法律、组织层面提出了农民权益保障的路径选择。This paper elaborates the basic ideas about farmer＇s rights protection from western classic theories, related theories by Marx and Engels, and Chinese traditional theories about the governance of a country. On this basis, combined with the reality of farmer＇s rights protection in China, the author of this paper thinks that the present difficulties mainly contribute to several reasons, including the idea discrimination and the vulnerable groups, system defect and policy bias, the expansion of public power and the weakening of the organization, lack of empowerment and the delayed administrating power. Finally, this paper put forward the path selection on farmer＇s rights protection from the institutional, legal, organizational level.
