摘　　要：介绍了超长螺旋内齿轮的一种加工方法──单刀成形拉齿法，详细地阐述了该法的加工原理和直线分度机构，分析了分度机构精度及刀具的结构特点。A method to machine the ultralong spiral internal gear-single cutter form tooth-broachingmethod is presented. The machining principle and the linear graduator are described indetail. The accuracy of the graduator and the structure features of the cutter are analysed.
