摘　　要：就双代号施工网络计划优化管理问题，研究了次关键路线上非关键工序的寻求方法，给出了图上计算和解析表达的求解过程，方便了网络计划的优化和管理。This article studies about how to look for the noncritical proves in secondary critical path planing about the optimum manage- ment of the double-cord construction network planing provides the calculation on the drawing and the solve of the analysis and makes it convenient for the optimum network planing and management.
