摘　　要：目的：探讨经皮钳夹复位配合外支架固定术治疗右胫骨中下段斜形骨折的临床效果。方法：对本科2004年2月~2011年2月收治的34例胫腓骨中下段骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组34例,解剖复位19例,功能复位15例,去除外固定器时间4～6个月,有2例踝关节活动欠佳。结论：本法具有操作简单、固定可靠,创伤小、费用较低及并发症少等优点,对于胫腓骨中下段骨折不失为一种好的治疗方法。Objective： To evaluate the percutaneous clamp reset fixation with external fixation in the lower right tibia fracture oblique effect. Methods： The subjects in February 2004-February 2011, 34 cases of patients with lower tibia and fibula fracture patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were anatomical reduction in 19 cases, functional reduction in 15 cases, except to the holder for about 4 to 6 months, 2 cases of poor ankle. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable fixation, trauma, lower costs and fewer complications for the lower tibia and fibula fracture, after all, a good treatment.
