身痛逐瘀汤配合斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤配合斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将本院128例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(76例)和对照组(52例),治疗组采用口服身痛逐瘀汤配合斜扳法,对照组采用斜扳法治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗2个疗程后两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为97.4%,对照组为86.5%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤配合斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种较为理想的方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with inclined move method in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc （PLID）. Methods： One hundred and twenty-eight cases of PLID patients of our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group （76 cases） and control group （52 cases）. The patients of treatment group were given Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with inclined move method, control group were given inclined move method only. The clinical effects of two groups were observed after treatment. Results： After 2 course of treatment, the total effect rate of treatment group was 97.4% while that of the control group was 86.5%, the clinical effect of treatment was better than control group, difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with inclined move method in the treatment of PLID is a more perfect method.
