摘  要:实际钻井中,当钻井液排量为28~35 L/s,电机转子转速需要达到3 000 r/min,而涡轮的设计对于该性能起着至关重要的作用。为了研究不同涡轮叶片数量和涡轮出、入口角度与发电机性能的关系,采用有限元方法,通过AnsysWorkbench–CFX双向固流耦合的方式,对不同的涡轮结构分别进行建模、划分网格、计算分析,指出现有设计的缺陷,提出改型的意见。分析结果表明,入、出口角度73°涡轮在额定流量下转速偏高且气穴现象严重,需要减小该角度或叶片数量,并增加流筒的内径。Usually,in the actual drilling situation,when the drilling fluid rate is 2835 L/s,the electric motoris required to rotate at a rate up to 3 000 r/min. The design of the turbine generator plays an important role inthe generator’s performance. To research the relationship between different blade numbers,inlet angles and outletangles and the performance of the generator,we use the finite element method,to model mesh,solve and analysiswith different generator designs by the way of Fluid Structure Interaction of Ansys Workbench-CFX,and the designproblems and some modifying advices are presented. According to the analysis results,the turbine with the inletand outlet angular of 73° has higher rotation velocity with the fluid rate of 2835 L/s and serious cavitations. Thisneeds to reduce the inlet and outlet angular or the number of the vane,and increase the inner diameter of the flowtube.
