摘　　要：介绍了带冷端自动补偿功能的单片ＡＤ５９５的原理、典型应用及其与Ｋ型（镍铬－镍铝）热电偶温度传感器组成的测温电路和实测结果的分析，并用软件补偿输出的非线性。Introducing the principle and the application of monolithic thermocouple amplifiers with cold junction compensation AD595 which be used as the temperature measurement circuit with K (chromel-alumel)thermocouple as well as the analysis based onthe experiment on tile actual output of voltages.The nonlinear .output is offest with softeare.
