医院电子病历建设与发展的冷思考

摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的不断推进和深入,医院信息化得到了前所未有的重视,医院电子病历功能标准等顶层设计工作逐步展开,由政府主导的国家层面的电子病历试行试点也已经启动;医院和社会对开发电子病历的热情达到了前所未有的程度。在此背景下,本文从电子病历的发展阶段、以临床管理为中心以及开发利用等几个方面对当前电子病历的建设与发展进行了理性思考。With the reform of medical care system constantly advancing, the hospital information under unprecedented attention, hospital electronic medical records function standard etc. top design work gradually unfolds, the government-led of national level of electronic medical records trial has also launched; enthusiasm of hospitals and society to develop elec- tronic medical record has reached an unprecedented level. In this background, the article give rational thinking from three aspects. They are the development stage, by clinical management as the center and the exploitation and utilization of the of the current construction and development of electronic medical records.
