摘　　要：本文根据水泥生产工艺流程，依据相关国家标准，检验分析了水泥生料配料和制成阶段的原材料组成，计算出水泥总体材料组成及废渣掺量，为国家资源综合利用税收优惠政策的制订提供了重要依据。According to some national standards and considering the cement manufacturing technique and process, the composition of cement materials was detected and analyzed at the stage of raw materials preparation and cement sinter. At the same time, the total composition of cement and the admixture ratio of waste were calculated out. These works can provide a basis for government to drawing up preferential tax policy about the integrated utilization of resources.
