摘  要:南水北调中线天津干线工程中存在着骨料碱活性问题,混凝土配台比应采用各种低碱型原材料。本文研究了HLC低碱泵送剂对当地骨料碱话性的影响,并对新拌混凝土的工作性能及硬化混凝土的力学,耐久性等问题展开应用研究。结果表明,HLC低碱泉送剂可有效改善混凝土的和易性,抑制混凝土碱骨料反应,各项性能指标都能满足设计要求和工程技术要求,HLC低碱泵送剂可在本工程中推广应用。There are many problems of alkali reactivity of aggregate existing in the projects of Tianjin line of "South water to North ( Middle line )" . Raw materials of low alkali should be adopted in the design of mix proportion of concrete. The influence of HLC low-alkali pumping agent on the alkali reactivity of aggregate was studied in this paper. The influence on the workability of ready-mixed concrete and the strength and durability of hardened concrete were also investigated. The results showed that I-ILC low-alkali pumping agent could improve the workability of concrete, inhibit the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete. The performance of concrete can satisfied the requirement of design and engineering technology. And HLC low-alkali pumping agent can be widely applied in this engineering.
