摘　　要：证明通常矩阵的可逆与满秩是等价的这一事实可以推广到有限维局部交换代数上的矩阵代数.作为一个应用,我们给出经典McCoy’s定理的一个简单证明.It is proved that the usual equivalence of full rank and invertibility of matrices can be generalized over matrix algebra over a Finite dimensional commutative local algebra.As an application,a very simple proof is given for classical McCoy′s theorem.
