摘　　要：伙伴信任在虚拟企业的运营管理中具有至关重要的作用。针对虚拟企业伙伴的信任评价问题,首先给出了一个考虑维度表现权衡的信任评价框架,其包括矩阵判断模型和相应的评价指标体系;然后提出了一种基于语言评价信息的虚拟企业伙伴信任评价方法,并根据矩阵判断模型对评价结果进行识别与分析。最后通过一个算例分析说明了该评价方法的应用,并说明了如何根据评价结果制定相应的改进策略。Partner trust plays an important role in the operations management of virtual enterprises.In this paper,a framework for evaluating partner trust of virtual enterprises is first proposed with the consideration of tradeoff between dimensional performances.It includes a matrix judgment model and an evaluation hierarchy.Then,a method for evaluating partner trust of virtual enterprises using linguistic terms is proposed.Furthermore,the evaluation results are analyzed by using the suggested matrix judgment model.Finally,an illustrative example is used to show the application of the proposed method together with how to make policies to improve the partners＇ trust in light of the evaluation results.
