腹腔镜下宫颈筋膜层次分离法子宫切除的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜宫颈筋膜层次分离法子宫切除应用价值。方法 2008年10月～2010年12月在该院行腹腔镜下全子宫切除的患者110例。其中,腹腔镜下宫颈筋膜层次分离法子宫切除55例为研究组,行传统的腹腔镜子宫切除55例为对照组。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后3d体温及手术并发症等情况。结果研究组所有病例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,无1例出现手术并发症,研究组平均手术时间、出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后3d体温及术后住院时间少于对照组组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜宫颈筋膜层次分离法具有简单易操作、损伤小、并发症低、恢复快、住院时间短等特点,安全可行,值得推广。Objective To discuss the application value of laparoscope-assisted hysterectomy with the approach of cervical fascia AHP.Methods 110 cases performed laparoscope-assisted hysterectomy during the time of Oct.2008 to Oct.2010 were divided into two groups with 55 cases each：the research group received laparoscopic assisted hysterectomy with the approach of cervical fascia AHP and the control group took LTH.Results All the cases in the research group were successfully operated,no complications occurred after operation,and the average operation time,blood loss,anal exhaust time,temperature of the 3 days after operation and hospital stay were less than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion With the advantages of easy operation,less injury and complications,quick recovery and shorter hospital stay,the laparoscope-assisted hysterectomy with the approach of cervical fascia AHP is safe and practicable and worthy to promote
