摘　　要：目的评价经单孔胸腔镜胸交感神经链切除术治疗手汗症的安全性和有效性。方法自2006年～2010年6月,74倒手汗症患者采用双腔气管插管全麻,在电视胸腔镜下,光源杆及电凝棒经胸壁单孔操作,行双侧胸交感神经切断术治疗手汗症。结果 74例患者术后手掌多汗症状消失,无Honer’s综合征及死亡病例。平均手术时间(38.52±9.24)min,随访8～24个月,无病例复发。结论经单孔腔镜胸胸交感神经节切除是一种简单、安全有效的治疗手汗症的微创手术。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficiency of the surgical technique of thoracoscopic sympathectomy to destroy the thoracic sympathetic ganglia from singe Operation hole for Palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods From 2006 to June 2010,74 patiens suffering from palmar hyperhidrosis underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic sympathectomy under general anesthesia using a double-lumen endotracheal tube.The light pole and coagulation bar were used through singe operation hole.Results The symptoms disappeared completely in all patients immediately after operation.There were no patients with Honer＇s syndrome and deaths.The average operation time（both side） was （38.52±9.24） min.The mean follow-up was 16 months （range：8 to 24 months）.There were no recurrence cases.Conclusions Thoracoscopic sympathectomy through singe operation hole is a simple,effective and safe minimally invasive treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis.
