摘 要:目的了解超疏水薄膜表面的防雾性能。方法以玻璃为基底,采用溶胶凝胶法,以丙烯酸诱导正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)相分离并自组装硅烷偶联剂的方法制备透明超疏水薄膜,采用SEM、UV-Vis以及接触角测试对薄膜进行表征,并与清洁玻璃基片及涂疏水液的基片进行对照,比较该薄膜的防雾效果。结果薄膜表面的微观结构呈弹坑状,水滴在此表面上的接触角为153°,具有超疏水特性;涂敷了超疏水薄膜的玻璃在可见光区间的透光度值约为60%~75%,超疏水薄膜的防雾性能要好于清洁玻璃基片及涂疏水液基片。结论超疏水薄膜具有一定的防雾性能,接触角越大防雾性能越好。[Objective] To study anti-fogging performance of the superhydrophobic thin films. [Methods] The transparent superhydrophobic films were made on glass substrates by sol-gel method, based on acrylic induced TEOS (TEOS) phase separation and self-assembly of silane coupling. The transparent superhydrophobic films were characterized by SEM, UV-Vis and the contact angle. Study the anti-fogging performance of the superhydrophobic thin films, with the clean glass substrate and coated hydrophobic liquid substrates as control. [ Results ] The microstructure of thin film surface was crater-like, water droplets on this surface contact angle was 153°, with super hydrophobic, the transmittance of glass substrates coated with the superhy- drophobic thin film is about 60%-75% in the visible wavelength range, the anti-fogging performance of super- hydrophobic films is better than the clean glass substrate and glass substrates coated with hydrophobic liquid. [Conclusion] Superhydrophobic film has some anti-fogging property, the anti-fogging property is better when the contact angle is increased.
