耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌体外敏感性试验研究

摘　　要：目的了解耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌体外药敏状况,为临床用药提供参考。方法收集2007年1月～2010年12月63株亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌临床标本,采用法国生物梅里埃Vitek-Compact全自动微生物鉴定仪鉴定细菌,并进行药物敏感试验以及对多黏菌素B和替加环素的敏感性试验。结果 63株耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌对15种常用抗菌药物呈现多重耐药特点,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的敏感率最高,为31.7%,对替加环素和多黏菌素B的敏感率为95.2%和100%。结论碳青霉烯类耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药状况加大了院内感染控制的难度,临床应加强监测,积极防止多重耐药菌的传播。[objective ] To investigate the sensitivity of imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii about the frequently used antimicrobial resistance, guide the rational use of antibiotics. [Methods] Collected 63 strains imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii from Janurary 2007 to December 2010 in our hosipital. The identification of stains and antimicrobial susceptibility test were performed by using Vitek-2 Compact au- tomatic system and detecting sensitivity of polymyxin B and tigecycline. [Results] Imipenem-resistant acineto- bacter baumannii exists multi-drug resistance to 15 freqnently-used antibiotics. [Conclusion] In order to pro- vide the basic evidence for chnical selecting the autibiotics reasonably, we should strengthen monitoring the drug resistance of imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii. Meanwhile, we should take effective preventive measures to the acinetobacter baumannii of pan-bearing the drugs to avoid it outbreaks.
