青葙种子内源抑制物质的初步研究

摘  要:通过测定青葙种子浸提物(不同浓度、不同浸提次数、不同浸提时间和不同年限)对白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探明青葙种子内源抑制物活性的强弱。结果表明,抑制物活性随着浓度、浸提时间、浸提次数的增加而增大,当浸提浓度为1.4 g/mL时发芽率和根长分别为5.32%和0。不同年限的青葙种子随着青葙种子浸提浓度的增加,当年种子浸提物的抑制作用均明显强于往年的青葙种子。据此,证明了青葙种子中可能存在活性较强的内原抑制物,为进一步研究其抑制物质的种类奠定基础。An experiment was conducted to study the inhibitory activity of the aqueous extracts (different concentration, extracting times, extraction time and years)from Celosia orgentea L. seeds on seed germination and seedling of Brossica chinesis in order to prove the endogenesis inhibitory substances in seed of C. argentea. Results showed that the extracts could significantly inhibit seed germination (5.32% )and root length(0)when the extracting concentration was 1.4 g/mL and the inhibitory activity would be enhanced with increasing concentration, time and extracting times. Seeds of different years had different inhibitory effect, the inhibitory effect of fresh seeds was stronger than that of aged seed. The results suggested that the seed of C. argentea probably had strong endogenesis inhibitory substances.
