摘 要:基于水热合成技术,以钛酸四丁酯为预聚体,分别以十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇400和壳聚糖为分散剂,在锦纶织物纤维表面包覆纳米TiO2颗粒薄膜,并使用活性艳蓝R-X染料对锦纶织物进行染色.借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射和热重分析技术对改性效果进行了表征,测定了织物漫反射光谱、拉伸、吸水和染色性能.研究结果表明,与未添加分散剂的改性织物相比,添加分散剂的改性锦纶织物纤维表面包覆的纳米TiO2颗粒尺寸明显减小,热起始分解温度略有增加,紫外线吸收能力有所增强,分散剂种类对纳米TiO2晶型和晶粒大小没有影响,对织物拉伸、吸水和染色性能影响也不明显.Nanometer-sized TiO2 particle films prepared under hydrothermal condition were first immobilized on the surface of polyamide fibre using tetrabutyl titanate as the precusor with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),polyethylene glycol 400(PEG 400) and chitosan as the dispersant(CS),respectively.The TiO2-coated fabrics were then dyed with reactive brilliant blue X-R.The morphology,crystalline phase and thermal stability of TiO2-coated fibre were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermal gravimetric(TG) techniques.The reflectance spectrum,tensile,water absorption,K/S value and color fastness of polyamide fabric before and after treatments were also measured.It was found that compared with the TiO2-coated fabric without dispersant,the crystallite sizes of TiO2 nanoparticles decreased significantly by adding different dispersants.The onset decomposition temperature increased slightly.The absorbing ability to ultraviolet radiation was improved to some extent.The type of dispersants had little effect on the crystalline phase and crystallite size of TiO2.The properties of tensile,water absorption,K/S value and color fastness for the TiO2-coated fabrics did not change.
