摘 要:为了研究天然红松林的花粉传播规律,利用筛选出的9对多态性高的cpSSR引物,对红松天然群体内28个单株的280个自由授粉子代进行了父本分析。9对引物共检测到21个等位基因,每个位点的等位基因数在2~4之间,平均2.3个。试验群体平均观测杂合度、平均期望杂合度及平均多态信息含量分别为0.405 1,0.510 4和0.411 8。采用最大似然法对子代进行父本分析,在95%的可信度水平下可确定59个子代的父本,占子代群体的21%,其累积排除概率为90.16%。在自由授粉状态下,红松自交率为0。绝大多数亲本的雄性繁殖适合度在1%~2%之间,平均为1.34%。各项指标均表明红松天然群体内亲本群体与子代群体的遗传多样性水平十分接近,得出了自由授粉的天然种群具有较好的遗传多样水平的保持性和传续性。In order to study the pollen spreading rule in natural Pinus Koraiensis,by using nine screened highly polymorphic cpSSR primers,paternity analysis of 280 open-pollinated progeny from 28 single plants in natural populations was done.9 pairs of primers detected 21 alleles,the number of alleles per locus was from 2 to 4,an average of 2.3.In the experimental groups,the average observed heterozygosity,the average expected heterozygosity and the average polymorphism information content were 0.405 1,0.510 4 and 0.411 8,respectively.Using the maximum likelihood method,59 progeny′s male parents could be determined in the 95% confidence level,which accounted for 21% of progeny,and the cumulative exclusion probability was 90.16%.In the open pollination conditions,the selfing rate was zero.The male reproductive fitness of majority parents was from 1% to 2%,and the average was 1.34%.The indexes showed that the genetic diversity of progeny and parent groups were very close,so open-pollinated natural populations had good retentivity and transmission of genetic diversity level.
